PageSum provides digital subscription-based software services.
2. Subscription Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or yearly depending on the selected plan).
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to automatic renewal unless the subscription is cancelled before the next billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once access to the service has been granted.

- technical issues preventing access to the service
