How to Summarize TikTok and Instagram Videos with AI

- Music-only or visual-only videos: there is little or nothing to summarize.
- Private videos and Lives still running: not supported. Replays of ended Lives work.
Most TikToks and Reels are short, so they fit within the free plan's 3-minute limit even without captions.
